Terms & Conditions
General Information
* Two hours before the ceremony, on location/Venue.
* During the ceremony (45min).
* Family Portraits, at chapel/Venue (30min).
Please make sure on the wedding day that all the family photos that you want are taken. We as the photographers don’t know the families.
* Wedding couple photography (60min).
* Reception (duration determined by package).
Terms & Conditions
*Samples of all edited photos, in which Petra Lotter Photography (The Photographer) holds all exclusive rights to.
* Booking will only be confirmed once we receive your 50% deposit. {Non-refundable}.
* Balance is payable 1 week before your wedding.
* Final product 8-10 weeks. {Photo Books also}.
* NO OTHER PHOTOGRAPHER or Guest photographer may be present during the formal photo sessions.
* Accommodation may be required for 2x photographers.
* 2x seating must be provided for the photographers at the reception.
* Travelling cost includes a distance of 50 km round trip, thereafter a travel rate of R15.00 per km will be charged.
* Please make sure that a list of family photos is provided to use, we do not take responsibility for family photos that was not taken.
* Accommodation for weddings more than 150 km will be quoted for separately (R 850) per photographer.
* All photos are taken in digital format.
* The quotation is valid for 10 days only.
* Your wedding photos will be kept for 1 year, please make sure that you make your own backups.
* The photographers retains the copyright to all the images ans can use any of the images for promotional and their Facebook page, website... except as agreed otherwise.
* The photographers cannot be held responsible for any circumstance beyond their control.
* A delivery/postal fee will be charged if the client cannot come collect their final product.
Facebook Sharing and Other Social Media
It is understandable that the Client might want to post their new photographs on the Internet via Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, and/or any other social media outlets. This agreement will serve to allow posting photos to social media sites, only in the case that Petra Lotter Photography is credited and that photos are NOT altered with editing or filters. Additionally, it is understood that the client will NOT remove, or have removed, watermarks from Internet images Petra Lotter Photography has uploaded to Facebook or her website, or from the images offered for free to clients who have purchased prints. The Client and family members can purchase photographs that do not have a watermark.
You are permitted to click the “share” button on any photos posted to Petra Lotter Photography’s facebook page. Sharing can NOT be done via screen shots of photos on Facebook or the Proofing gallery.
